This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.267 of 2015 and file a final report within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. Taking into consideration, the nature of the allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.267 of 2015 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
