(Crime No.974 of 2020) PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the bail condition that petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders made in Crl.O.P.No.11926 of 2020 dated on 06.08.2020.

ORDER
(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11926 of 2020 dated on 06.08.2020, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11926 of 2020 dated on 06.08.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
