Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd Respondent to conduct the survey of the Petitioner's Property situated at Door No.415, Gandhi 2nd Street, Gnanamurthy Nagar, Ambattur, Chennai - 600 053, comprised in Town Survey No.62/4, as per Patta Survey Number is 51/1A1A/1A1A of Menambedu Village, Block No.20, Ambattur Taluk and furnish the detail of the survey report and sketch to the Petitioner within the time limit fixed by this Court.
