CRL.O.P.No.18566 of 2016 S.VAIDYANATHAN,J.

Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 of IPC in Crime No.2053 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused is alleged to have created forged bogus salary slip and purchased LED TV, Washing Machine, Fridge, etc., from the defacto complainant and thereby cheated him.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and there is in no way connected with the alleged offence. He further submitted that the main accused/A1 has already been released on bail in C.M.P.No.6721 of 2016, dated 02.08.2016 by the Tiruvallur District Court.

5. Learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that this Court has already dismissed the petition in Crl.O.P.No.16013 of 2016, dated 03.08.2016, against the petitioner and there is no change in the circumstances.

Considering the fact and circumstances and also taking note of the fact that bail petition in Crl.O.P.No.16013 of 2016 filed by the petitioner has already dismissed by this Court and there is no change in the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
