ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to recover the stolen vehicle Maruti Gypsy Registration Number DL 12C 6521 from the Accused Mr.Rajkumar in Crime No.487 of 2017 on the file of the second respondent within the time frame as may be stipulated by this Court and restore it to the Petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the first and second respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that the second respondent had completed the investigation in Crime No.487 of 2017 and the same was closed as "Mistake of Fact".
4. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to recover
the vehicle Maruti Gypsy Registration Number DL 12C 6521 and proceed in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
