ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to execute the warrant issued in STC No.1117 of 2006, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ooty, the Nilgiris against the 2nd respondent.

2. I have the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and I have also perused the records carefully.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the warrant issued in STC No.1117 of 2006 was executed and the accused was produced before the concerned Court on 17.03.2015.

Recording the same, this petition is closed.
