For Petitioner : Mr.Harshad P.Goklaney (All Crl.OPs) For Respondent : Mr.N.Ramesh (CGSC) (All Crl.OPs) COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed challenging the order passed by the Court below dismissing the 317 petition filed and issuing NBW against the petitioner.

2.The proceedings are of the year 2005. Therefore, the Court below in order to ensure the presence of the petitioner has thought it fit to dismiss the 317 petition filed by the petitioner. This Court does not find any illegality in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

procedure adopted by the Court below. In view of the above this Court does not find any merits in these petitions. Accordingly, all the Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
