This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and file charge sheet in Crime No.776 of 2011.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Today,when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.776 of 2011, pending before the second respondent has been transferred to Maduranthagam Police Station on 30.01.2018.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition arraying Maduranthagam Police Station.
