2. The petitioner herein, claiming himself as a physically disabled person, has made representation to the Commissioner, Greater Chennai Corporation, to permit him to put bunk near Amma Unavagam situated at Kannan Rountana, Old Washermenpet, Chennai.

3. Under the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014, the Town Vending Committee is the Competent Authority to consider such request and not the respondent.

4. Therefore, Writ Petition disposed with liberty to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner to make his representation to the Town Vending Committee.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
