This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in D.V.O.P.No.29 of 2014 pending on the file of the Mahila Fast Track Magistrate Court, Salem.

2.The learned counsel for the 1st respondent would submit that during the pendency of this quash petition, the 1st respondent got second marriage with some other person and living happily and that he would withdraw the complaint in D.V.O.P.No.29 of 2014 before the Mahila Track Magistrate Court, Salem.
