2. Heard both sides.

3. All these petitioners are admittedly tenants under the 3rd respondent. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that since there was an objection raised by the 3rd respondent, these respondents were not in a position to provide electricity connection to the petitioners premises. However, today, before this Court, Mr.J.Prasanth, learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent submitted that there is

no objection from the side of the 3rd respondent in providing electricity service connection to the petitioners and therefore, the respondents 1 and 2 can act on the request of the petitioners. The said statement is recorded.

4. Accordingly, these writ petitions are disposed of by directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the claim of the petitioners for providing electricity service connection to the petitioners premises and take appropriate action within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
