2.In view of the submission of the letter dated 18.02.2016 to the Registry and in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.

3.In the light of the settlement, the petitioner/ Management is permitted to withdraw the amount which was deposited before the Labour Court, pursuant to the interim direction given in the writ petitions.
