Assistant (History) in the 3rd respondent School till the end of the academic year, namely, 31.05.2011 with all service and monetary benefits.

ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.9157/A3/2010 dated 30.12.2010 and seeking further direction to the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue in service as B.T. Assistant (History) in the 3rd respondent School till the end of the academic year, namely, 31.05.2011, with all service and monetary benefits.

When the matter is called, the learned Counsel for the petitioner would state that the petitioner had got extension of service by virtue of an interim order passed by this Court in this Writ Petition and received all the payments and nothing due from the Government.
