Since the recruitment notification dated 28.11.2022 for the post of LDC/Store Keeper Grade-III prescribes an upper age limit of 32 years for candidates belonging to the UR category, the petitioner herein, having crossed 32 years, was unable to apply for the said post. When she approached the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai by filing O.A.No.126 of 2023, she was permitted to participate in the selection process. However, as the petitioner had secured lesser marks than the cutoff prescribed for the post, the Central Administrative Tribunal, through the impugned order, rejeected her plea. Hence, we find no reason to interfere with the impugned order.
