This application has been filed for impleading the third parties as defendants 2 to 12 in TOS.No.27 of 2024.

2. Originally, O.P.No.397 of 2022 had been filed seeking Letters of Administration with respect to a Will dated 20.04.2007 said to have been executed by one Subramanian who died on 10.09.2020. There were three respondents in the said Petition. The second respondent G.Adhilakshmi had entered caveat. Therefore, O.P.No.397 of 2022 had been converted as TOS.No.27 of 2024. The sole defendant G.Adhilakshmi is now reported dead and her legal heirs are to be brought on record. This application has been filed to bring on record all other family members who were not parties to the proceedings in the Original Petition.

3. The proposed third parties are neither proper nor necessary parties. They had not filed either before or after filing of the Original Petition. They have no caveatable interest. The application is dismissed. No costs.

4. Liberty is granted to the plaintiff to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased defendant / G.Adhilakshmi.

5. List the Testamentary Original Suit whenever such application is filed and numbered by the Registry.
