ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. It is the contention of the petitioner that under the pretext of enquiry, the police is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent on instructions submitted that the petitioner was in a drunken mode and he used abusive words over his telephonic conversation. Therefore, the respondent police called only to advice the petitioner not to repeat the same.

4. In such view of the matter, the question of harassment will not arise.

5. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
