ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant dated 04.03.2021 issued by the learned Fast Track Court-II, Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai in C.C.No.2303 of 2013.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent would submit that the respondent police will execute the warrant within a reasonable time.

3. In such view of the matter, if the warrant is not already recalled by the learned Trial Court, the respondent police is directed to execute a warrant within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 2/4

4. In view of the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
