This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 28.04.2022 passed in Spl.S.C.No.43 of 2020 on the file of the District Sessions Court cum Fast Track Mahila Court, Tiruppur. This Court is ready to dispose of the main criminal appeal itself and hence not inclined to grant the relief as sought for in the above miscellaneous petition. Therefore this miscellaneous petition is dismissed.

At request of the learned counsel for the appellant, list the main criminal appeal on 22.11.2022. It is made clear that no further time would be granted.
