O R D E R
(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent police monthly once, i.e., every 1st Monday at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders, in Crl.M.P.No.1792 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.24144 of 2019 dated 11.02.2020 until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1792 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.24144 of 2019 dated 11.02.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dharmapuri, on the first working day of January 2021 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter before the concerned Court, on all hearing dates till the case is committed for trial.
5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
