(R.C.NO.19/A/00) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honorable court by order dated 28-4-2016 made in Crl.M.P.No.5230 of 2016 and subsequently modified in Crl.MP.No.8620 of 2016 vide order dated 18-8-2016 made in C.A.No.342 of 2016 pending disposal of this CRL.A.NO.342/2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SRINIVASAN, SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any violation. Hence the condition imposed upon the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the XIII Additional Special Judge (CBI cases) City Civil Court, Chennai once in six months i.e. On the first working day at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
