[ Respondents ] Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari Calling for the entire records pertaining to the proceedings of the Second Respondent issued in (1) Charge Memo No.6724/2015-2 Sa.Ma.Pe.Sa. (Aa.Na.Pi1) dated 22.05.2015 and the entire records pertaining to the proceedings of the first Respondent issued in (2) Additional charge Memo No.6724/2015-9 Sa.Ma.Pe.Sa.(Aa.Na.Pi-1) dated 22.09.2015 and quash the same.
