Counsel for the appellants present and reports that both the appellants are dead and also prays that the second appeal may be dismissed as abated an made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In the light of the above position, inasmuch as the appellants had died and no steps had been taken to proceed further in the matter, there is no purpose in keeping the second appeal further pending.
