This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.912 of 2022 on 12.01.2022 to report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and charge sheet has been filed.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
