ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been preferred seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.125 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent police to any other investigation agency.

On the complaint lodged by Loganathan, the petitioner herein, the second respondent police registered a case in Cr. No.125 of 2018 on 19.03.2018 under Section 174 Cr.P.C. (3 counts) in connection with the death of Jayamani and her two daughters, viz., Thanusiya and Pavithra. Not satisfied with the investigation, the de facto complainant has filed the present application for transfer of investigation.

In the considered opinion of this Court, it is too premature to come to any definitive conclusion that the investigation is not going on in the right lines, because, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

viscera report itself has not been made ready. However, the Deputy Superintendent of Police concerned is directed to monitor the investigation in Kavundapadi P.S. Cr. No.125 of 2018. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
