O R D E R

Challenge in this revision is to the order made in CMA.C.S.No.25 of 2019 rejecting the challenge to the auction notice issued by the 3rd respondent.

2. Mr.V.Jeevagiridharan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 2nd respondent has produced the notice issued by the 2nd respondent Bank waiving the loan and requiring the petitioner to pay only a sum of Rs.5725/-. It is stated that this notice has been served on the petitioner also.

3. Mr.C.Rajasekaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will be willing to avail of the 2/4

opportunity and pay the said sum.

4. Recording the said statement, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. It will be open to the petitioner to avail the benefit of the circular and pay the amount as directed therein. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
