Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records of the 2nd respondent in reference to Detention Order in S.C.No.15/2022 dated 10.06.2022, setting aside the order of detention passed therein and directing the respondent to produce the detenu by name Selvam, son of Kanthasamy, aged about 45 years, before this Court, now detained in the Central Jail at Salem and set him at liberty.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH.J.,] The petitioner challenges the impugned order of detention in S.C.No.15/2022 dated 10.06.2022, detaining her husband as "Bootlegger", as contemplated under Section 2(b) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the order of detention passed against the detenu has been revoked by the Government by its order in G.O.Rt.No.4677, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XV) Department, dated 25.07.2022 and he has also produced a copy of the
