Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 25.06.2008 thereby removing the petitioner from service, as confirmed by the order dated 26.02.2010 in Na.Ka.No.7173/2008 Thu.Va.Tha.1 u/s 153 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act and the order dated 20.09.2010 in proceedings No.O.Mu.5902/2010 Thu.Va.Tha.1 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and to quash the same and directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with al back wages and monetary benefits within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and has also submitted a letter dated 22.09.2015 to the Registry to that effect.

2.In view of the submission of the letter dated 22.09.2015 to the Registry, seeking withdrawal of the writ petition, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
