2.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents that already, the respondents herein have filed petitions in W.M.P.Nos.27254, 27255 & 27057 of 2019, seeking to vacate the interim orders and the same are pending.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has fairly acceded to and submit that the petitioner may be permitted to proceed with the vacate stay petition.

4.Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. Appearance of the respondent is dispensed with.
