ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider the representation dated 03.01.2014 made by the petitioner and decide the same in accordance with law within a reasonable time as may be fixed by this Court. 2.

Heard Mr.P.Pugalenthi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

The petitioner submitted representation dated 03.01.2014 to take action against the Village Administrative Officer. The Village Administrative Officer is being a statutory authority, the petitioner cannot seek such direction to take action against the Village Administrative Officer. That apart, the petitioner made representation on 03.01.2014 and after the period of six years, he sought direction from this Court by way of this Writ Petition in the year 2020. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition and the same is liable to be dismissed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
