It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for petitioners that, on the basis of the complaint given by one Tamilvendan, who entered into an agreement of sale with the petitioners, the respondent-Police are harassing the petitioners and are pressurising them to execute the sale deed.

It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent-Police that petitioners were called for enquiry by the Investigating Officer, pursuant to which, third petitioner alone appeared, and the first and second petitioners did not appear.
