Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to comply with the conditions imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.14047 of 2016 in Crl.M.P.No.7938 of 2016 in C.A.No.580 of 2016 dated 23.12.2016 by another four months from the date of order and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SRINIVASAN, SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.14047 of 2016 in Crl.M.P.No.7938 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.580 of 2016 dated 23.12.2016 by another four months from the date of order.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to ban on registration of unapproved plots, the petitioner could not able to sell his property to comply with the direction of this Court dated 23.08.2016. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to extend the time to comply with the order dated 23.08.2016.

3. The learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases has no objection for granting time to comply with the conditional order dated 23.08.2016.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court grants another

eight weeks time from today to comply with the conditional order dated 23.08.2016.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
