ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N.Sathish Kumar J.) This Letters Patent Appeal has been filed to set aside the order of this Court in Cont.P.No.551 of 2017 dated 10.02.2023.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the respondent that the draft sale deed has already given to them. They will hand over the original sale deed signed by the concerned authorities and the registration will be completed.

3. His Statement is recorded.

4. For reporting the same, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants has also produced a copy of the letter dated 27.11.2025, which indicates that the draft sale deed has already been handed over to the respondent.

5. In such view of the matter, let the respondent prepare the sale deed on stamp paper, produce the same before the authorities, and the authorities shall sign and send the same immediately. The registration shall be completed within a period of one week.

6. The settlement arrived before this court is purely on the basis of the parties concerned. Therefore, any settlement arrived in this case shall not be treated as a precedent in future cases.

7. With the above directions, this Letter Patent Appeal is disposed of.
