The seventh respondent in the aforesaid writ petition has come up with this miscellaneous petition seeking to recall the order dated 22.06.2021 and permit him to place his submissions before this court. 2.It is averred in the affidavit filed in support of this petition that the liberty granted by this court in the order dated 22.06.2021 impugned herein, to the first respondent / petitioner in the writ petition, to refer the counter affidavit filed by the fourth respondent / Sub Registrar, Alandur, in the writ petition before the civil court, will cause huge loss to the respondents 7 and 8, who are the bonafide purchasers of the property situated at Madipakkam Survey No.115 measuring to an extent of 2000 sq.ft. after obtaining loan from the 9th respondent / Dewan Housing Finance Corporation.

The petitioner further averred that the fourth respondent, who filed the counter affidavit in the writ petition, was not a Sub Registrar in the year 1992 and hence, he is not a competent person to state that the document bearing no.1935 of 1992 is fabricated one. Therefore, the petitioner has come up with this petition for the aforesaid relief.

vum 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

4.This court is of the view that since opportunity was directed to be provided to all the parties to submit their pleadings along with supportive documents before the authority concerned, no orders are required to be passed in this petition. Hence, this petition stands closed leaving it open to the parties, to agitate their claims in the manner known to law, if so advised. 26.08.2021 vum WMP.
