ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 05.12.2013, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3.It appears that on completing the enquiry, the respondent police closed the case in C.S.R.No.395/2013 on the undertaking given by the petitioner that he will settle the matter with the opposite party.

4.Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that despite the same, the petitioner being harassed by the opposite party. In my considered opinion, if the petitioner suffers any harassment by any person, she is at liberty to give fresh complaint to the respondent police.

5.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed however, with liberty to the petitioner to give fresh complaint to the respondent police, if she so advised.
