ORDER

This Criminal original Petition has been filed to expedite the trial in C.C.No.177 of 2015 pending on the file of the learned District Munsiff cum Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumpudur within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent seeks time for filing final report. 4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.534 of 2015, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation of the defacto complainant.
