Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the First Respondent to consider and pass final order on the appeal dated 08.09.2018 filed by the Petitioner in order to issue Natham house site patta in respect of property in Survey Number 508/37 (Old Survey No.100) an extent of 255 sq.ft and Survey No.504/63 (old Survey No.100) an extent of 1521 sq.ft. at Jalakandapuram Town Surapalli Village, Mettur Taluk.
