JUDGMENT
Learned counsel for the first appellant submits that he has received a letter from appellants 3 and 4, viz., V.N.Monisha and Nallammal, stating that appellants 1 and 2, viz., Varuthappa Gounder and Nallathambi are no more and they are not interested in prosecuting the second appeal.
2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the first appellant, an endorsement was made to that effect in the case bundle that the second appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn and the letter shall form part of the record.

Recording the above submission coupled with the endorsement, the Second Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
