243/2021 and thus render justice in CRL.OP.NO.10047 OF 2021 [IN CRL.MP.NO.8211 OF 2021] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.P.SENGOTTUVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.DAMODARAN, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court, by an order dated 09.06.2021, directed the petitioners to surrender before the concerned jurisdictional Court within a period of fifteen days.

2. The petitioners filed the present petition seeking extension of time to surrender.

3. Heard both sides.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the time granted by this Court is extended for a further period of fifteen days and the petitioners are directed to surrender before the Court within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
