ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 20.07.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 341, 324, 506(ii) and 307 IPC, in Crime No.874 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that there was a previous enmity between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, as a result of which, the petitioner along with other accused persons had abused the defacto complainant in filthy language and attacked him with grievous injuries. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he is no way connected with the alleged offences and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner has been in jail from 20.07.2021. He further submits that the injured person has been discharged from the hospital. Hence he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that there is one previous case pending as against the petitioner and he is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a history sheeter. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that there is one previous case pending as against the petitioner and he is a history sheeter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
