ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that 'the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on everyday at 10:30 A.M., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on the first Saturday of every month at 10:30 A.M., until further orders' imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.78 of 2025 dated 23.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no. 7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.78 of 2025 dated 23.01.2025 is modified to the effect that 'the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police Station for a period of one week and thereafter as and when required.'

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 29-04-2025
