The writ petitioner is physically challenged person has sought for a privilege quota for admission in the first respondent Institute for the course of Master of Public Health (Epidemiology and Health System)-2 year programme for the academic year 2019-2020.

2. From the affidavit, this Court finds that the representations to the respondent were made only on 26.05.2019 and 30.05.2019. It is contended that the respondent has not considered the representations and passed any order on the petitioner's representations. If it is so, the respondent shall consider the alleged representations submitted by the petitioner herein on 26.05.2019 and 30.05.2019 and pass orders as expeditiously as possible, since it is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the admission will be commenced on first July 2019.

3. With the above said observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
