This application has been filed to set aside the exparte judgment and decree passed in the above suit dated 02.11.2022 and to permit the applicant to contest the above suit.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the order of this court dated 04.10.2024 has been complied with.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing this application.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and in view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents, this application is allowed.
