This Criminal original petition has been filed seeking for transfer the investigation in Crime No.1 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent to the first respondent CBCID, Thiruvallur.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case has ended in acquittal in C.C.No.166 of 2014 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur by Judgment dated 08.02.2017.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this criminal original petition and the same is closed.
