This petition is filed to condone the delay of 223 days in filing the above appeal.
2. Though notice has been served on the respondents 1 and 3 and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no representation for them either in person or through counsel.
3. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, 2nd respondent and 4th respondent and perused the materials available on record.
4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 223 days is condoned and the petition is ordered. It is also made clear that the petitioner is not entitled for any interest for the delay period.
