O R D E R

(Order of this Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Instant public interest litigation has been filed, for a writ of mandamus, forbearing the second and third respondents, from opening a TASMAC shop, in the agricultural land, in S.No.440/1 Patta No.464, owned to the fifth respondent, nearby Sri Periyanayagi Amman Temple, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 6/6/2019.

2. On the basis of the instructions furnished by the District Manager (General), TASMAC Limited, Salem District, Mr.K.Sathish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for TASMAC/respondents 2 and 3 submitted that proposal to locate TASMAC shop, in S.No.440/1, in patta No.464, has since been withdrawn. His submission is placed on record.

3. Placing on record the submission of the learned Standing counsel for TASMAC, there is no need to issue any further orders. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
