ORDER

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.V.R. Appaswamee, learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submits that the Order dated November 18, 2024 has been complied with by the revision petitioner. To that effect, he has filed a Memo dated December 12, 2024 and the same is recorded.

Considering the nature of the Original Suit, this Court directs the Trial Court to dispose of the Original Suit in O.S.No.79 of 2017 on the file of 'Additional District Court', [Fast Track Court, Villupuram, as early as possible. Both parties, namely, the plaintiff and the defendants are directed to co-operate with the Trial Court for speedy disposal of the Original Suit. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. Page No.2-4

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition shall stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
