Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to register the sale certificate dated 30.03.2010 vide pending document in P184/2010 on the file of the 3rd respondent office and the same was returned to the petitioner after completing registration of the document by considering petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2025 and 29.04.2024 within the stipulated time fixed by this Court. 1/4

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to register the sale certificate dated 30.03.2010 pending as document No.P184/2010 on the file of the third respondent and return the same to the petitioner.

2. Heard Mr.A.Thiyagarajan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents.

3. Learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that there is some technical glitch and therefore, there is some delay in registering and releasing the document to the petitioner.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the sale certificate has been kept as pending document for a very long time, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to ensure registration and release of the document to the 2/4

petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if it is otherwise in order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
