(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 13 days in filing the appeal. Initially, the appeal was presented as an independent person. Subsequently, Court fees was also paid.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the respondents.

3.It would only be appropriate that in land acquisition matter, finality is given to the grant of compensation.

Taking that view into consideration, this petition stands allowed. Registry to number the Appeal Suit, if it is otherwise in order.
