4. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, the delay of 649 days in filing the civil miscellaneous appeal is condoned, on condition, the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only ) to the credit of 'Chief Justice Relief Fund', within a period of two weeks from today, failing compliance, the delay petition shall stand automatically be dismissed.
