ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.09.2016 and dispose of his appeal, dated 18.12.2015 filed under Rule 36-C(2) of the Tamil Nadu Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1959.

2.Today, when this matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the appeal was disposed of on 05.05.2017 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
